Mehdi Akbary is a humanitarian, founder, and the funder of OWDA, (Organization for Work and Development of Afghanistan) a Non-Profit-Organization working from Bamyan Afghanistan. He is dedicated to helping the most vulnerable children go and stay at school. He is working towards building schools across Afghanistan to give these most deprived members of society their basic right to an education.

He is a speaker, speaking in social events, universities, and runs workshops to help Afghans realize their true potential and to take practical steps in solving the many social and environmental issues they face.

Mehdi Akbary owned a business advisory firm in Canada that helped multimillion-dollar companies with sales, management restructuring,  mergers & acquisitions, and company valuation. He is an author off two books: Breaking Free and 5 Laws of Inner Change.   

He strongly believes that his life experience can help others live the life they truly deserve. His latest book, 5 Laws of Inner Change, which he’s been teaching for over six years, is the stepping stone in achieving any goal in life. He believes this book is a game-changer; because it helps readers create an inner change. No change is possible without a shift in the inner world.
